PALL X FILLER

Last week, we hosted a successful tradeshow featuring UZIN Products and a highly knowledgeable visiting trainer from Germany. One of the key highlights of the event was the fibre-reinforced filler, designed with fibres to enable the product to fill larger gaps. The product is typically mixed with dust to achieve the best possible colour match, setting it apart from other products on the market.
While most fillers mixed with dust work effectively for small gaps, the Pallmann PALL-X Filler boasts a unique capability to cover gaps as wide as 4mm.
The Pallmann PALL-X Filler is a water-based, fibre-reinforced joint filler with an impressive filling capacity. It is fast-drying and offers flexible filling for joints up to approximately 4mm. It is an ideal solution for sanded wood flooring, parquetry, and even wood floors installed over warm water underfloor heating systems.
The product has a high colour fastness and is easily visible on the wood surface. It also offers the advantage of not clogging abrasives. It is suitable for all common wood species and has a low solvent content of less than 5%.

- Shelf life: At least 12 months
- Consumption per coat: Approximately 60 - 120 ml/m (depending on joint size)
- Coverage: Approximately 8 - 16 m/litre (depending on joint size)
- Working climate: Between 18 - 25 C and 35 - 65% relative humidity
- Ready for sanding: After approximately 30 - 45 minutes (depending on the joint size)
The Pallmann PALL-X Filler has been assigned an EMICODE EC 1, indicating very low emissions.
